Delivery Policy
All Unstitched Standard Designer Dresses are Dispatched within 2-4 weeks. All Stitched Designer Dresses are dispatched within 4-6 weeks. Urgent Orders can be processed after contacting customer support. Due to brands launching dates deliveries can be delayed in some casis please contact customer service if you need order for certain date.
Stitching Notes
Please note that for stitched dresses we do not always guarantee the same accessories shown on the model picture but we make sure that they are added to match it as close as possible. This is because all the extra embellishments and accessories shown are not always supplied by the designer brands so our stitching team has to arrange what is available on the market and stitch the dress accordingly. If you select plain stitching option it will include piping and finishing, but without any embellishments and accessories. In Unstitched Dress only pieces which are mentioned in description will be provided without any embellishments laces accessories which are shown in model pic. All Extra Accessories need to be purchased by tailors.
Colour Variations
Please note that the colour of the item you receive may vary slightly from that shown in the listing picture. This can happen due to the variation in light at time of photography. Things like Lace, Piping or Embellishment might not be included unless stated in the description. In stitched dresses extra embellishments are added as same as possible sometimes they are not same as pic as they are not provided by companies. Care Instructions
Do not use bleach or stain removing chemical before stitching, Sock fabric for 2 hours in lukewarm water. Always wash coloured and white fabrics separately. Do not dry in direct sunlight iron at moderate temperature.
