Delivery Information

Our Normal Dispatch times:

All Unstitched Pre Order Items and Designer Dresses are Dispatched within 3-4 weeks. All Stitched Designer Dresses are dispatched within 4-5 weeks. Urgent Orders can be processed after contacting customer support.

All Accessories, Fragrances, Beauty will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. We Deliver Accessories Fragrances Beauty Products only within UK.

SHIPPING

Standard delivery within the UK is 10.00.  Due to increasing courier rates our rates are increased.

Delivery is free within the UK on all orders over £500. 

On all Prebook Stitched, Designer Collections dispatch may take up to 4-5 weeks as all-new collections remain with our supplier until the point of order. These products will be clearly marked.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

From time to time there may be occasions when there are varying timescales for delivery for individual products in the same order. In this instance, whilst only one delivery charge would still apply, we reserve the right to hold onto such items until we are in a position to dispatch all items at the same time.

We do not operate on Bank Holidays and are closed on Sundays.

PACKING AND BOXES

As Designer Dresses Boxes are very heavy those will not be send with dresses. The dresses will be packed in bags securily, If you need original box of designer you can contact on whatsapp and pay extra postage charges for the box delivery.

STITCHED GARMENTS

We can arrange Stitching at your request.  Dispatch for Stitched Garments may take up to 5-6 Weeks. You can request a fast stitching service by contacting us on WhatsApp number.

Please note that for stitched dresses we do not always guarantee the same accessories shown on the model picture but we will make sure that they are added to match it as close as possible. This is because all the extra embellishments and accessories shown are not always supplied by the designer brands so our stitching team has to arrange what is available on the market and stitch the dress accordingly.

If you select plain stitching option it will include piping and finishing, but without any embellishments and accessories. 

Worldwide Delivery:

We deliver Worldwide and the timescale depends on location and order quantity.  As soon as the shipment is sent you will receive dispatch mail. Please add the item(s) to your cart and use the shipping estimation tool to calculate how much would it cost to ship to your location. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur once a shipment has left our warehouse as we are unable to control such issues

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These duties/taxes may apply to your order depending on your local legislation. We have no control over such charges and it is your responsibility to pay these. Such charges will become applicable to countries within the EU from the 1st of January 2021 due to Brexit.
