All unstitched standard designer dresses are dispatched within 2-4 weeks. All stitched designer dresses are dispatched within 4-6 weeks. Urgent orders can be processed after contacting customer support. Due to brands' launch dates, deliveries can be delayed in some cases. Please contact customer service if you need the order by a certain date.
Stitching Notes
Please note: For stitched dresses, we do not always guarantee the same accessories shown in the model picture. However, we ensure they are added to match as closely as possible. This is because the extra embellishments and accessories shown are not always supplied by the designer brands, so our stitching team arranges what is available on the market and stitches the dress accordingly. If you select the plain stitching option, it will include piping and finishing but no embellishments or accessories. For unstitched dresses, only the pieces mentioned in the description will be provided, without any embellishments, laces, or accessories shown in the model picture. All extra accessories need to be purchased by tailors.

Do not use bleach or stain-removing chemicals before stitching. Soak fabric for 2 hours in lukewarm water. Always wash coloured and white fabrics separately. Do not dry in direct sunlight. Iron at moderate temperature. Dry clean recommended.
