As its made totally on order sometimes laces or embroidery can be little different from actual model pic that will be discussed with customer before proceeding with order. Zippers: We do not add zippers to dresses by default. If you require a zipper, please request this explicitly at the time of stitching.

Measurement Variations: Custom-stitched dresses may occasionally vary slightly from the requested measurements and could require minor adjustments.

Buyer Responsibility: Any necessary alterations are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover the cost of, or take responsibility for, local alterations.

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale: As these are bespoke, made-to-order items, we enforce a strict no-exchange and no-refund policy.
